Assigned to mobile, desktop and multichannel projects for Lloyds bank personal & business accounts. The challenge was to conform to security and compliance concerns and to work within the confines of the system capabilities whilst maintaining a user centred approach.

Work included benchmarking and analysis, communication of design rationale to multiple stakeholders and production of detailed and precise UI specifications for remote development teams.
