UX Research

Department for Education discovery

The goal of the discovery was to understand the access and technology requirements of different teams across the Department of Education. The discovery was undertaken by a team of three; a project lead, a BA and myself as researcher.

The DfE was using multiple systems which sometimes didn't allow fluid communication across different teams. The output of the discovery was a report detailing the landscape of the different technologies and why people were using them. It also set out possible pathways to action, including taking no action.

I developed personas in order to communicate to the stakeholders, in a relatable way, why certain technologies were so important to the various teams.
